Tabata
For this class we will be doing a variety of different exercises targeting cardio & strength. We will be doing different exercises in 7 intervals of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. There is a minute rest between exercises and on average we will do 6 different exercises. This will be followed by a few other focused exercises then cool down and stretch.
Things you need for class are: water, shoes, hand weights, bender balls, a chair. **Balls and chairs are available on site.
This class is available at the Telford House Seniors Center only.
