Pound Unplugged

This class structure blends cardio training, strength training, rhythmic breathing and stretching. Can be modified for any level of fitness.

Things you need for class are: water, shoes are optional, sticks (I will bring), yoga mat for the floor and stretch work. A chair can be used for floor and strech work instead of a mat on the floor. **Chairs are available on site.

This class is available at the Telford House Seniors Center only.
