Balance & Strength
In this class we will focus on both balance and strength by incorporating a variety of exercises that can target the entire body. This class can help with joint stability and flexibility but also ensuring when you are not in class you have the strength, coordination and stability to complete any task you want with less the risk of falling and injury.
Things you need for class are: water, shoes or no shoes, weights, bender balls and chairs. **Balls and chairs are available on site.
This class is available at the Telford House Seniors Center only.
