This class consists of fundamental exercises, specifically designed or modified with the aging and rehabilitating body in mind (postnatal 6 weeks/ post C-section 10 weeks). The focus is on deep and subtle work, paying special attention to breath. During this class we will work on strengthening the pelvic floor, core stability and postural alignment.
Please wear comfortable clothing; pants with a flat waist band and a top that lays flat along the spine. This is a shoe free class.
While child care is not provided, parents and infants are welcome
