My name is Amy and I completed the Personal Fitness diploma through NAIT in the spring of 2018. As a mom I enjoy connecting with my 2 children doing recreational activities and going on outdoor adventures as family. I am passionate about the many beneficial properties of exercise, and value it as a tool to heal from pain and injury as well as improve your overall wellbeing. Our bodies are built to move! As a trainer my desire is to empower my clients in their journey to becoming stronger and staying physically active.
