Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is sequenced with the special needs of  the expectant mother in mind with a focus on increased  flexibility, strength, circulation and balance in a safe environment.

What to expect: A gentle, fun and community orientated class that will give you  an hour for a peaceful stretch with some additional coping skills to prepare you and your body for the exciting changes taking place.

Saturdays @ 10am for 6 weeks
