Open Gym, BYObaby 

The space and equipment is yours! Bring your own program to follow or just show up and we’ll have a WOD posted. Drop in anytime between 12 and 1 for a half hour, 45 minutes or 1 hour, whatever works for you. If you have any questions one of our personal trainers will be available to help and answer any questions you might have. While child care is not provided, children are of course welcome. It’s a great opportunity for kids to become familiar with the gym too!
