Mat and Standing Pilates
Pilates is a movement system which focuses on core strength and proper alignment, utilizing natural, correct and efficient movement. In our mat and standing Pilates class, we will focus on abdominal muscles, strength and flexibility. We will combine mat with standing work, developing control in both planes, learning how to apply aligned movement to everyday tasks. Exercises are easily modifiable to fit all fitness levels.
Please wear comfortable clothing to your session; pants with a flat waist band and a top that lays flat along the spine. This is a shoe free class.
