I was born and raised in the Leduc area, which is where I currently reside. I am a mother to a 4 year old little boy, who, is full of life and energy. I recently graduated with a 2200 hour Massage Therapy diploma from the Grant MacEwan University and I am now a member of the Massage Therapy Association of Alberta (MTAA).
As a former athlete, the human body, health and fitness have always been a major part of my life, making my position, at True Touch, a perfect fit. I enjoy downhill skiing, motocross, running, dancing, as well as, any form of physical exercise. I also have a love for art, music, cooking, gardening, travel and time spent with friends and family.
Looking back, my first memory of massage therapy was implemented in my own bedtime routine. My mother would sit on the floor, between my sister and I, laying in single beds, while she tickled our backs. Soothing music filled the house and my busy mind and body were able to rest. With this tool, I have incorporated massage in my own child’s life, massaging his back every night before bed.
I am beyond excited for the endless opportunities in my Massage Therapy career, to meet new people and to continue to expand my knowledge.
