Jaime Armstrong

For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved giving massages. I grew up walking on my older sister’s back, giving Dad scalp massages and working out the knots in Mom’s shoulders.

I moved to Edmonton about five years ago to pursue singing while I debated attending post-secondary school, torn between studying music education or massage therapy. I spent the first three years working full-time in a musical instrument store and singing with a local youth choir, where I quickly became the go-to girl when you had “folder shoulder” after a long rehearsal. When I found the MH Vicar’s School of Massage Therapy, their comprehensive 2200-hour program was simply a perfect fit for me, and gave me that (decidedly big) push I needed to take the next step in my life!

After two intense years, I graduated with honours from MH Vicar’s in 2013. I specialize in Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point therapy and Myofascial release, as well as Swedish Relaxation Massage. I am now full body certified in ART. I am registered with Remedial Massage Therapists Association (RMTA), and licensed as a Health Enhancement Practitioner with the City of Edmonton.

I believe that touch has tremendous power. My mission is to affect positive change in my clients’ health through massage. I look forward to meeting you and helping you to achieve the healthy, pain-free life you were meant to live!
